Mr. Kellogg has worked in the medical technology industry for over 22 years. He was an integral member of the founding teams at Afferent, Corp., Sontra Medical, Inc., and UltraCision, Inc., where he served as the Vice President of Business Operations, Vice President of Development, Vice President of R&D, and Director of Engineering, respectively.  In these leadership roles, Scott was focused on commercializing novel medical technology, including surgical modalities, transdermal analyte detection, point-of-care diagnostics, transdermal drug delivery, neuro-stimulation, and therapeutic drug/device combinations. He is also the lead inventor on the key patents for the Harmonic Scalpel.  He graduated with high honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BS in Engineering and received his M.S. and M.B.A. from Northeastern University. In 2004 he was awarded Popular Science’s “Best of what’s new in health care.”
